Eczema is dry, cracked skin, the skins breaks and it very sore and itchy at times!
Dry skin, is just excessive dead skin flaking off.. no skin broken!
If you think it's defo eczema... visit your GP and they'll give you something for it. Alternatively, you can go to your chemist and buy Sudocream. Works a treat I hear.
If you suspect it is just dry skin, use St. Ives Apricot scrub which is available for 拢3.99 from the likes of Tesco, Asda, Superdrug..etc. Use this day and night, afterwards apply a non greasy moisturiser such as dove.Whats the difference between eczema and dry skin?
Eczema is an auto immune condition (where the body attacks itself) chances are you would have had the condition since you were a child. Eczema also sometimes produces a clear fluid when you scratch it, and you can't help but do it.
The only people who can really tell you are doctors. So my advice would be to pop along to your GP.
eczema is really itchy patches and u usually get it quite alot on different parts of the body, i usually get it on the back of my legs, i use e45 cream, u shud keep it moisturised and don't itch it u cud make it worse!! and don't use a perfumed moisturiser that could irritate more id recommend e45 cream like!!!
