i have dry skin above my top lip and it wont go away. ive tried applying lots of different creams and even just leaving it and it just wont go away. what shall i do to make it disappear?

I have psoriasis and the best hydrating lotion I have found is from Bath and Body works and it is called Lay It on Thick. IT IS AWESOME!!!
