I read in a magazine that its better to walk then run because when you land it bounces the impact through your body, and in time it causes your skin to sag. It said that people who walked when they were young had less wrinkles then people who ran. It was in a very dependable magazine, so it wasn't made up. I just wanted to know if you believe it, or if you think its total bs. Is it true that running causes your skin to sag?
No, of course not! It could, however, cause your boobs to sag when you are much older if you don't use proper protection, so WEAR A SPORTS BRA!
Running is very good for your mind, your body, and your overall health in general.
hope this helps!Is it true that running causes your skin to sag?
I don't think that there is any truth to that. If that were the case, older athletes would look like they're 100 when they are 40 and that's just not the case.
Don't believe it. I run all the time, and lost weight. My skin doesnt sag, but I do include some muscle building exercises, maybe that's the reason it doesnt?
well, over time... everything is going to sag. you can run or you can walk, but you cant get away!!!!
This is true. Also, if you are male your testicles will hang much lower so wear boxer briefs.
The second choice, absolutely! This is my field and none of the research backs that up.
Nope!
idk =0
