Can hydrogenated fats be absorbed through the skin?

I've avoided hydrogenated oils in food for almost a decade now, but i have used a moisturizer for years which has it in. Can it be absorbed through the skin or am I safe to continue to use the moisturizer?

yes only absorbed through the top layers, so it is fine
