Is there anyway to know if your skin is more prone to ink bleeding for tattoos?

I want a tattoo on my inner foot just under my ankle, which is supposedly a place where tattoos bleed and smudge more than anywhere else. So is there anyway of knowing how prone my foot would be to bleeding without inking myself first?Is there anyway to know if your skin is more prone to ink bleeding for tattoos?

Look, your going to bleed no matter how tight your skin is - tattooing is just a long, vibrating needle that shoots ink into your skin while cutting you - this is because when your skin heals the ink gets trapped in the skin and remains as a tattoo. I would say that if you sunbathe out in the sun a lot and you have quite thick and ';leathery'; skin I would assume it would bleed less.
