you dont need powder, a good foudation like estee lauder double wear is what does the job, it will take away the shine and moisturise the dry areas of your skin. If your t-zone is still oily just powder on the t-zone only.
Mary Kay has a great powder. They also have a cream foundation that drys to a powder. They have them for Oily skin types as well as Normal-Dry.
