Can you bake a potatoe without the skin?

I know that is a really weird question, but can I peel a potatoe, wrap it in aluminum foil and bake it?Can you bake a potatoe without the skin?
That's called ROASTING!





But seriously, if you peel the potato, boil it, cut it up, and then bake it with some rosemary and salt and pepper and olive oil, your entire body will thank you for the deliciousness. Otherwise, bake it with the skin on and remove the skin when it's done if you don't want to eat that part.
