I know some tattoo artists do it, but I wanna know if its okay? Like won't absorb in my blood stream or anything?Is it okay to write on your skin with sharpies?
one layer of sharpie is probably fine. The ink has toxins in it that are bad for your blood stream. So really, the only danger is if you write on yourself and the write over it again once it starts to fade. Repeatedly writing will push the earlier ink farther into your skin and won't allow it to just sluff off naturally. So one layer is 99% safe. Just let it get off of you before doing it again in the same area :) Hope that helped!
