There are a number of things that go into this. Firstly their diet, people in certain regions are less likely to have bad skin because of the food they eat, if they were to come to the US and eat our greasy, unhealthy food they wouldnt look so hot.
Also, I have a friend from Korea who said plastic surgury is super common, most women get some sort of surgury, its like a regular trip to the grocery store for them. (dont quote me on that its just what I've heard)
Most have oily skin. Heredity. Dry skin=wrinkles,blemishes. Oily/lotioned skin=not as much wrinkles.
