Purpose face wash or bar soap. I use this once a day (evening) and sometimes in the morning if i dont want to use my acne facewash. The nice thing about purpose is it takes all your make up off too! My results are very good since its an all natural cleanser so it doesnt have any dyes or soap or anything in it...it just helps my face stay clean and refreshed:) And i dont have much acne, just some blackheads, some pimples at that time of the month, and just some random bumps like yours. If your looking for an acne facewash, i use oxy and it is AMAZING! That cleared my face up:)
I think natural skin care products are best for your skin. They don't leave side effect. Use your self made face wash with easily available products in your home. For different type of natural face you can visit the source site.
Dont pop the pimples, they'll multiply if you do. I use neutragena face wash. I put on some lotion(ones that dont clog pores) on afterwards to keep it from being too dry. Then i do that in the morning and night.

Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Acne Face Wash- or whatever it's called. It's awesome, but remember, you DO NEED moisturizer regardless of what type of skin you have. Just make sure it's oil-free.
