How do Koreans achieve such flawless light skin?

Is it foundation? Facials? How are they so fair skinned and how do they get their skin to be so flawless? How do Koreans achieve such flawless light skin?
First of all, they use a LOT of facial products.

Pop stars go and get surgery to move all their spots and acne away, did you know? Sometimes it's just the computer technology that takes all the blemishes and spots away but in real life they're just the same as everybody else.

Women tend to go to clinics a lot and get special cream on. They also eat a lot of food and vegetables that is healthier than what normal people eat. They avoid gluten and eat a lot of vegetables. Many girls are obsessed with avocado, whether it is the actual vegetable or it's an avocado cream or avocado rinse, they all love it because it lightens skin and makes it smooth.

But sometimes it depends on where in Korea you come from. If you live in the country, you have dark skin from the heat. In the city people have fair skin. In summer, country people just don't mind the heat; they go for a swim in the rivers. City people bathe in sunscreen (not literally, but you get the idea) and they go to the beaches that don't have much sunlight. In winter, all the country people are harnessed up in thick wear. City people take this advantage and go outside. The cold lightens your skin. They make the most of it as possible, then they go inside and warm their faces up. I don't have the perfect flawless skin but I have something similar to that.

Overall, taking care of your skin and avoiding the sun is best. Have you seen the city tenage girls in the summer? They go around with parasols to cover their skin from getting tanned. That's how important their skin is to them. I heard Americans like to take care of their figure, but koreans take care of their skin. Both are good, but personally I'd take care of my body because the skin ages anyway. How do Koreans achieve such flawless light skin?
i guess when you say koreans, you don't mean the celebs and stuff, right?

well, from my experience, there are some significant differences between korean girls and american girls when it comes to wearing make-up.

for korean girls, when they first start wearing make-up, it means they will start to care for their facial skin. they go out and buy all the 5 to 6 steps, from pre-toner, toner, eye-cream, at least one essence or serum, booster, moisturizer, cream, sunblock, make-up base, to the perfect tone of foundation.

but for american girls, when they start wearing make-up, it usually starts from wearing mascara and lip-gloss.

and plus, korean girls spend enormous amount of time to get ready before they go out. it looks as if they look perfect and yet natural, but it's 90 min.long work to look that natural.
I don't know but I believe some of the stars get their pics photoshopped since their skin is like this http://www.allkpop.com/index.php/full_st鈥?/a>

See not all Koreans have perfect skins... so I guess it differs from person to person like in all parts of the world
Japanese, Chinese, And Korean people mainly all use the same way, there is many things like skin bleaching or creams you put on each day or just makeup. Instead of being tan crazy countries like US and australia etc it is better to have the pale skin :P
i think that koreans eat a better diet then people in the U.S

yes facials are very popular so I think facials also do help and like you said about foundation, they probably use make-up to cover blemishes.
It depends what part of South Korea you are in. There are dark skinned and light skinned Koreans.
i think it bcoz of their climate and when i see korean's their skin is really flawless..
